What People Are Saying

We are really enjoying the bus trips that Kirsten organises for us each month. We have been to lots of places and have lunch before we head back. We have had new attendees this year;
Cheryl was even able to attend Morning Melodies with us in July. David continues to be our bus driver. We have lots of laughs and talk a lot, and we all look forward to the outings. We always have a great day out.

Each Monday our meditation group meets and together we do some simple exercises and listen to a meditation CD, which helps to ground us and set us up for the week to come. after this we head over to the cafe for a coffee and a chat. All our welcome at the Monday meditation group and no previous experience is needed, just a will to learn and enjoy yourself..”

I am a part of the falls prevention class. We mostly do chair exercises, focusing on strengthening the core. We also do balance exercises. Even though it is low in numbers, myself and the other participants look forward to coming and feel better when we leave. Cathy is a bright and bubbly instructor that makes the class feel good..”
